Juliette took her first plane ride on Thursday September 6th to see Auntie Jill on her wedding day!
We flew BA from Heathrow to Luxembourg which is an hour flight. I had read that it's good if the baby is sucking (aka feeding) on take off and descent to help with their ears, but it's actually quite difficult to time that! Lucky for us, we had no issues with her ears and she did fabulously overall! The Flight Attendants were super impressed with her and kept stopping by to say hello!
Jill looked beautiful and her reception was lovely! Juliette even got to meet Tour de France racers Frank and Andy Schlek since Andy is the best man :)
The rest of the weekend, we spent a lot of quality time with Bon papa and Dea and I let Juliette sleep on her tummy for the first time all night. The result? She slept 8 hours each night we were there for her first stretch! Mommy was VERY happy!
Now that we are back in London, Juliette is having a few problems settling back into her schedule, but let's hope that long sleeping nights will stay!
